SMALL CAKE
6 Inch cake (16cm diameter) 8-12 triangular slices OR 10-15 small square slices
 
 
MEDIUM CAKE
8 Inches cake. (20cm diameter) 10-15 triangular slices OR 25-30 small square slices
 
LARGE CAKE
10 Inches cake (23cm diameter)18-24 triangular slices OR 40 small square slices
 
 
 
 
Base is activated almonds, coconut oil and maple syrup, or can be swapped with GF brownie chocolate base. FIlled with your favourite flavours, topped with native flowers, nuts, dried fruits.
 
Lasts 2 weeks in fridge and 3 months in freezer. Cake comes frozen.
Place it in fridge few hours before serving.
