Where are you located?
Currently working in a commercial kitchen in Gympie, QLD.
I have a pick up option available, from Gympie, and I offer free delivery in the area on friday morning. Details are arranged once a cake order is confirmed and we can find an agreed upon time and day for the pick up.

How do I store my cakes, and how do I cut it?
If you’re buying an event cake or assorted box, they can be stored in the fridge for up to one week. If you have any left over cake pieces they can be frozen, and kept frozen for up to three months. Once defrosted for the second time, the cake must be eaten within two days of defrosting.

Cakes must be kept in the fridge at all times. They can be displayed at your event for up to one hour before slicing and serving.

Use a large, heated, sharp knife to slice the cakes.

Are all your cakes gluten free and vegan? 

YES!Absolutely. No matter what flavour or style, they are Gluten Free, Vegan,  Refined Sugar Free,Paleo friendly (meaning they also don’t contain soy or grains).

How Much time is required for bespoken cake orders?
Generally, I ask for 7-10 days minimum for bespoke cake orders.
